Overview
Clicks Group is recruiting for a Service Advisor at its Oasis Mall Tlokweng branch. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service at the point of sale and ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient store operations. The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and confident in managing frontline retail activities.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage daily point of sale (POS) operations to ensure smooth service flow.
-Supervise and motivate shop assistants and cashiers to deliver efficient, professional customer service.
-Ensure effective stock and cash control, including managing shrinkage and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
-Resolve customer queries promptly in line with company policy.
-Support promotional and merchandising activities to increase Clicks clubcard participation and sales.
-Enforce stock security, cash handling, and return policies to minimise losses.
-Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
-Ensure adequate staffing and adherence to the work schedule, company policies, and labour legislation.
Entry Requirements
- Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.
- Essential for external applicants: Relevant qualification in Retail/Business Management.
- Desirable: Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics and English.
