Location: Zone 5 Mine Site, between Maun and Sehithwa, Ngamiland, Botswana

Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Crew Leading Hand to support the delivery of mine services in line with operational and safety requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring the installation and maintenance of underground infrastructure necessary for efficient mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver mine services in accordance with mining plans and schedules.

-Conduct inspections and prepare work areas for drilling and development activities.

-Install and extend water and ventilation services.

-Inspect and scale faces prior to job start and ensure area safety.

-Coordinate with general underground operators to maintain infrastructure and workplace cleanliness.

-Lead and support service crew members; assist in training and upskilling junior staff.

-Work closely with the Shift Supervisor and underground teams to ensure high performance and safety compliance.

Requirements and Skills:

-Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground mining.

-Proven experience with service installations such as water, air, and vent lines.

-Strong understanding of underground infrastructure and safety practices.

-Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

-Ability to work under pressure and in challenging underground conditions.

-Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
