Overview
Regent Hill International School is looking for a qualified SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) Officer to develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental management systems. The successful candidate will ensure a safe and compliant school environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop, implement, and maintain SHE policies and procedures.

-Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

-Ensure compliance with Botswana occupational health and safety regulations.

-Train staff and students on safety practices and emergency procedures.

-Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

-Maintain SHE documentation and prepare compliance reports.

Entry Requirements

-Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

-A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a SHE Officer, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.

-Knowledge of Botswana SHE regulations and compliance requirements.

-Strong communication, training, and report-writing skills.
