Overview
Clicks Group is looking for 2 Shop Assistants / Cashiers to join its Molepolole branch. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing point of sale (POS) transactions, and supporting in-store merchandising and promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities
-Accurately process transactions at the POS, including handling payments and clubcard rewards.
-Promote and assist in registering new Clicks clubcard members to meet participation goals.
-Maintain clean, organised, and well-merchandised store shelves according to visual standards.
-Inform customers about current promotions and deals.
-Deliver friendly, professional service and act as a visible brand ambassador.
-Practice safe cash handling and follow stock control procedures.
-Stay updated on product ranges, prices, promotions, and events to assist customers accurately.
Entry Requirements
- Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.
- Desirable: A minimum of 50% in both Mathematics and English at BGCSE level.
- Desirable: Previous experience in a retail or FMCG customer service environment.
