SDDS Botswana, a Diamond Cutting and Polishing Factory, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Round Diamond Polishing Trainers to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in training diamond polishers in Rounds make, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Position: Trainer – Rounds Polishing (2 Position)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Rounds Diamond Polishing Trainer, you will be responsible for:
• Training and mentoring diamond polishers in Rounds.
• Ensuring high-quality finishing on diamonds, adhering to EX, Hearts & Arrows, and VG makes.
• Utilizing basic polishing tools effectively and guiding trainees on their proper use.
• Implementing quality control principles to maintain industry standards.
• Encouraging teamwork and integrity within the polishing department.
• Providing hands-on coaching to improve precision and efficiency in polishing techniques.

Key Skills Required:
• Strong working knowledge of basic polishing tools.
• Expertise in polishing Hearts & Arrows, EX AND VG Diamonds
• Basic English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Understanding of quality control principles in diamond polishing.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
• Teamwork and integrity to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: BGCSE (Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education).
• Numeracy: Candidates should be highly numerate.
• Experience: Minimum 4 – 5 years in the diamond cutting & polishing industry, with expertise in EX, Hearts& Arrows and VG, makes.
