Overview

Malmo Lounge is seeking friendly and well-presented Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidates should be passionate about customer service, attentive to detail, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

-Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.

-Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

-Serve drinks and meals in a timely and professional manner.

-Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly set.

-Assist with billing and payment handling.

-Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints courteously.

-Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

-Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements and Skills

-Previous experience in waitressing is an advantage but not required.

-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Well-groomed and presentable appearance.

-Fluent in English and Setswana.

-Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
