Responsibilities
Protect company property, employees, and visitors.
Control access to premises and monitor security systems.
Conduct patrols and report suspicious activities.
Respond to emergencies and security incidents.
Maintain accurate incident and occurrence reports.
Requirements
Minimum Primary School Leaving Education (PSLE).
Security training certificate is an advantage.
Good communication and observation skills.
Physically fit and able to work shifts.
Previous security experience preferred.
SECURITY SUPERVISORS (6) AND (2 RELIEVERS)
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate security guards on assigned sites.
Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.
Conduct inspections, investigations, and incident reporting.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff performance.
Liaise with clients and management on security matters.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a security supervisory role.
Minimum Botswana General Certificate of secondary Education (BGCSE).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of security operations and risk management.
Computer literacy and report-writing skills.
Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
SECURITY MANAGER (1)
Responsibilities
Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures.
Oversee all security operations and personnel.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits.
Manage client relationships and contractual obligations.
Lead investigations and prepare management reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Security Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in security management.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple sites and teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Driver’s License (minimum 2 years’ experience).
