UNIK Construction Engineering (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:

Project Manager (Road and Bridge) x2
Minimum of 15 years of road construction experience. BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or higher qualification. Registration with ERB is required.
Commercial Manager (Road and Earth Works) x1
Minimum of 10 years of general work experience, including 5 years in a similar position. Primary Degree: BSc or B.Tech in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Postgraduate qualification such as a Diploma in Construction Law is an added advantage. Professional registration with QSRC, ERB, or equivalent is required.
Contracts Director (Road and Earthworks) x1
Minimum of 10 years of general experience, including 5 years in a similar position. BSc/BE (Civil) or equivalent qualification. Professional certification such as QSRC or ERB registration is required.
Road Planner x1
At least 10 years of general experience and 5+ years in a similar project position. Professional certification (e.g., ERB or equivalent) required. BSc/BE (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
Business Development Officer x2
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of general work experience. Overseas experience will be an added advantage.
Senior Estimator x2
Minimum of 10 years of general experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role. Responsibilities include analyzing project documents, calculating costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring accuracy in tender submissions. BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering, Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field preferred. Registration with ERB or QRSC is essential. CCS or equivalent experience is mandatory.
Technician x15
Minimum of 8 years of work experience in SHEQ, highway, building, and road construction.
Civil Engineer x5
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and structural engineering within a construction environment. BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Senior Quantity Surveyor x2
Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience. Diploma or BSc in Quantity Surveying. MSc qualification is an added advantage. Proven knowledge of QS/estimating software is a prerequisite. Candidates must be willing to relocate to other branches in Southern Africa.
Site Agent x2
7–10 years or more experience in civil and road works. Candidates must be willing to relocate to other branches in Southern Africa.
Chinese Chef x3
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chinese Chef. Extensive knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques and recipes. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
