Shelby Securities invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Security Personnel for potential deployment, subject to contract award. Employment will be conditional upon successful award of the contract.
Positions Available
- Security Supervisors: 2
- Security Guards: 20
Minimum Requirements
Security Supervisors
- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in security operations
- Certificate in Security Management or a related qualification (e.g. Cyber Security, Policing, Intelligence, Defence, Criminal Justice, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Security Guards
- Minimum of 1 year or more experience as a Security Guard
- PSLE certificate (minimum qualification)
- Must be physically fit, disciplined, and reliable
