1. Security Supervisor
Job Purpose
The position will be responsible for leading and controlling security operations on shift, ensuring effective access control, patrol coverage, incident response, guard performance, and compliance with the Site Security Plan, client/mine rules, and relevant Botswana legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum of BGCSE/IGCSE or equivalent (post-school security qualification advantageous)
- At least three (3) years security experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory/shift-lead role (mining/industrial experience strongly preferred)
- Compliance with relevant Botswana private security regulatory requirements
- First aid certification advantageous; incident management training advantageous
- Valid Driver’s License
- No criminal record

2. Security Guard
Job Purpose
The position will be responsible for protecting mine personnel, visitors, assets, copper/ore product, fuel and explosives-related areas (as applicable), and critical infrastructure by enforcing access control, conducting patrols, preventing losses and responding to incidents in line with the Site Security Plan and company policies.

Requirements
- Minimum Junior Certificate (Form 3) or equivalent (BGCSE/IGCSE preferred)
- At least one (1) year security experience preferred (mining/industrial experience advantageous)
- Compliance with applicable Botswana private security regulatory requirements
- Basic first aid (Level 1) advantageous
- Firefighting awareness advantageous
- Valid Driver’s License advantageous
- Medically and physically fit for patrol duty and outdoor conditions
- Good communication skills and high integrity
- No criminal record
