Biker (Motorbike Courier Rider) – Gaborone
Job Summary
To collect and deliver parcels, documents, and consignments by motorbike within the assigned service area, ensuring timely, safe, and accurate deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service and care of the motorbike and parcels in transit.
Position Requirements
Education:
– Junior Certificate/BGCSE (or equivalent)
Experience:
– At least 1 year’s experience as a motorbike/dispatch rider, preferably in courier, logistics, or delivery services
– Good knowledge of local roads and delivery areas is an advantage
Other:
– Valid motorbike (Class A) driver’s licence is required
Skills and Competencies
– Safe and responsible motorbike riding
– Good route knowledge and time management
– Attention to detail in verifying parcels, waybills, and recipient details
– Customer-service orientation and professionalism
– Physical fitness and ability to handle parcels of varying size and weight
– Honesty and reliability in handling customer property
