Branch Manager – Maun
Job Summary
To manage the overall operations, sales, and administration of the Maun branch, ensuring efficient courier services, achievement of sales and revenue targets, high customer-service standards, and compliance with company policy.
Key responsibilities
include overseeing day-to-day courier operations and fleet management, driving branch sales and securing key accounts, supervising and developing branch staff, managing petty cash and COD reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with safety and transport regulations.
Position Requirements
Education:
– Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field
Experience:
– 3–5 years’ experience in courier, logistics or branch operations, including supervisory experience
– Sales and customer-service experience within a service environment is an advantage
Other:
– A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage
