SAVE Wildlife Conservation Fund Botswana is seeking a passionate, innovative and committed Environmental Education Manager, to join the team, lead and coordinate Environmental Education and Early Childhood Development Programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate environmental education programs for schools, communities
- Coordinate communication awareness campaigns, workshops, field visits and learning materials
- Build strong partnerships with schools, community organisations, government departments and conservation stakeholders
- Lead and mentor environmental education staff, ECO volunteers and interns
- Monitor programme activities, outcomes and impact and prepare accurate reports.
- Support fundraising, proposal development and donor reporting
- Promote SAVE’s conservation objectives, values and public profile
- Ensure that all activities comply with organisational policies and relevant environmental and safeguarding standards
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Environmental Education, Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, Natural resources management, Conservation management, Education or related field.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Environmental Education, Conservation outreach, community development or programme management.
- Strong communication, facilitation, organisational and reporting skills.
- Experience working with schools, communities and multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and Setswana is an added advantage.
- A valid driver’s license with proven 4×4/off-road driving experience
- Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office operations.
- Passionate about wildlife and environmental conservation
- Creative, proactive and able to work independently
- A confident communicator and effective team leader
- Culturally sensitive and committed community participation
- Able to work in remote field conditions and manage competing priorities
