We are looking for a Senior Contracts Engineer to manage contracts, coordinate project teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of road construction contracts.
- Coordinate Project Managers, Engineers and Site Teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality and productivity.
- Administer FIDIC contracts, variations and claims.
- Review programmes, resource allocation and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in civil engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ managing road construction projects.
- Valid ERB Registration.
- Valid Botswana Driver’s Licence.
- Excellent contract administration and project management skills.
