Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BOL’s marketing, communications, and brand strategies.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, public relations, and corporate reputation initiatives.
• Manage internal and external communications, media relations, and digital platforms.
• Strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead ESG and CSR communication initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communication initiatives.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the Marketing & Communications team.
• Overseeing Customer Value Initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
• Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
• Minimum ten (10) years’ relevant experience in marketing and communications.
• At least five (5) years’ experience at management level.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies.
• Experience in the energy, petroleum, public sector, or parastatal environment will be an added advantage.
