Position Overview
Early Transformers is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations and ensure that programmes, administrative activities, and internal processes are implemented efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will coordinate operational activities, support program implementation, facilitate communication across teams, monitor organisational processes, and contribute to the overall achievement of the organisation’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
- Develop and implement operational plans in line with organisational objectives.
- Coordinate the implementation of programs, projects, events, and organisational activities.
- Monitor departmental work plans, staff deliverables, and progress.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, training sessions, and organisational events.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to management.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management on organisational activities.
Qualifications
A specific academic qualification is not mandatory for this position. Early Transformers welcomes applicants from diverse educational and professional backgrounds who demonstrate the ability to coordinate and manage organisational activities effectively. Applicants should demonstrate strong organisational, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Individuals with relevant practical skills, volunteer experience, community involvement, or a demonstrated willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer
This is an unpaid voluntary position. The successful candidate will not receive a salary or financial remuneration for the role. However, the position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in organisational operations, leadership, program coordination, and community development.
