We seek a competent Machine Operator with GMP experience and a proven ability to operate tablet compression, capsule filling, and tablet coating machines, with a willingness to learn to operate other manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, clean and change over equipment according to approved SOPs and batch manufacturing instructions.
- Monitor operating parameters and perform authorised in-process checks.
- Complete batch records and equipment logbooks accurately and at the time of activity.
- Follow line clearance, material reconciliation, contamination prevention and safety procedures.
- Report equipment faults, deviations and unusual product characteristics promptly.
- Undertake training to operate additional manufacturing equipment.
Requirements
- At least two years’ pharmaceutical manufacturing experience under GMP.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with all three specified machine types.
- Relevant technical or pharmaceutical manufacturing training is an advantage.
- Good documentation skills, attention to detail and willingness to work shifts.
