Main Purpose of the Job
To provide strategic leadership, governance and execution oversight for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) across EICB, ensuring that technology capabilities, digital platforms, infrastructure, information assets, business applications and ICT services are aligned to and actively enable the Company’s business model, investment mandate, value proposition and strategic targets.
The position is expected to operate as both a strategic technology advisor and an ICT execution leader, ensuring that every major ICT investment demonstrates measurable business value and contributes to EICB’s business model, value proposition and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that EICB has a clear, business-aligned ICT strategy, architecture and investment roadmap capable of supporting the Company’s current and future strategic objectives.
- Establish a robust ICT governance, cybersecurity, risk and compliance environment that protects EICB’s information assets and ensures responsible use of technology.
- Provide a secure, reliable, scalable and resilient technology infrastructure that enables EICB employees and stakeholders to perform effectively from all relevant operating environments.
- Deliver responsive, reliable and user-centred ICT services that enable employees and business functions to execute EICB’s strategy efficiently.
- Ensure successful delivery and adoption of technology projects and business applications that improve EICB’s investment, operational, financial, analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Build and lead a capable, accountable and high-performing ICT staff possessing the skills, behaviour and organisational capacity required to deliver EICB’s strategic technology agenda.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, ICT, or a closely related discipline.
Required Experience
- 8 Years relevant ICT experience, with at least 4 years at ICT management / leadership level.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ICT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise ICT infrastructure, networks, endpoints and business applications.
- Experience in ICT governance, risk, cybersecurity, business continuity and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience managing ICT projects and technology vendors.
