Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage retail operations effectively.

- Oversee inventory management and stock control.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Implement marketing strategies to boost sales and brand presence.
- Report on sales performance and operational efficiency to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Degree/Diploma in Business management or Retail Management or any business related course.
- 2+ years of experience in retail or shop management.
- Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
- Should be FLEXIBLE to move to any place where the Company has business operations across the country.
