Data Capture Officer x25 – BBS BANK LIMITED | 2026

The incumbent’s main responsibility will be to collect, verify and capture high-volume data. The primary focus of the role is to provide precise end-to-end execution of account opening and debit card ordering within the core banking system. The Data Capture Officer will also ensure that data is entered efficiently, updated regularly, and stored securely to support reporting, decision-making, and operational processes.

Key Performance Areas:

• Accurately capture data from source documents into core banking system for account opening.
• Initiate and track individual debit card ordering workflows upon successful account creation
• Ensure full adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements for accounts created
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records
• Adhere to organizational policies, data protection regulations, and standard operating procedures
• Provide rapid query resolution and status updates regarding pending accounts or unissued cards
• Prepare and compile daily and weekly project progress reports detailing total accounts

Minimum Requirements:

• At least have 2-years’ experience in an administrative position
